Room Comfort with a Twist

During my stay, I really appreciated the overall comfort of the room. It had a great layout and modern aesthetics. However, the bathroom door didn't lock properly, which was a bit of a concern. Luckily, it didn't ruin my experience, but it's an area that could use some attention.

I was looking forward to some relaxation with the in-room television, but unfortunately, it didn't work during my visit. I had anticipated enjoying a movie after a long day, so this was a letdown. I hope this can be resolved for future guests.

Partially Ready Gym

The fitness area was half completed, which was acceptable for me as I wasn't planning on using it. While I could see the potential for an excellent workout space, I hope they finalize everything soon so future guests can enjoy all amenities offered.

Valet Interaction Needs Improvement

I found that the valet service didn't greet us upon arrival, which felt a bit off for such a nice hotel. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming check-in experience. I believe that enhancing this aspect can elevate the overall guest experience.
